Player.equipitem We'll be using this to equip the hidden powered armor frame. player.inv will actually show items based on time acquired so things you've most recently picked up will be on the bottom. It'll look like a whole mess of the example I wrote above. Player.inv This will show your inventory in the console. The commands we'll be using to fix your game are as follows: The amount of the item that you have in your inventory.įor example if you had 12 Fusion cores in your inventory it should look a little something like Each line is an instance of an object in your inventory and has three parts.ġ. When you type player.inv you'll get a bunch of lines of text. You will need to familiarize yourself with the console "~" and specifically the player.inv command to take a look at your inventory. 's certainly been claimed for a long time, but on a personal level, it's hard to prove for certain unless you've got a reliable way to replicate it.MAKE SURE YOU SAVE BEFORE FUTZING WITH ANYTHING AS IT COULD PERMANENTLY BREAK YOUR SAVE Originally posted by The Inept European:Yeah I seriously have my doubts about this very widely reported Targeting HUD glitch. You can doubt it all you want its a well known bug. But basically it just means the NPC doesn't particularly like you, but isn't going to shoot you unless you shoot first. If anything, there's an underlying "VATS glitch" that the Targeting HUD just exposes more noticeably. So personally I don't believe there's a Targeting HUD glitch. If a player was not aware that a red target is not necessarily going to start combat, then the player sees red (literally) and figures they will shoot first. I know this because I check VATS constantly. Covenant residents are a good example, so are the missionaries at the Charles Amphitheater. I suspect what is really happening is that quite a lot of the time NPCs are shown red in VATS (and targeting HUD) in situations where they will not initiate combat. Yeah I seriously have my doubts about this very widely reported Targeting HUD glitch. It can potentially trigger targets, turning them hostile. Idr what happens, i just remember starting over because of it. Originally posted by DirtyMeatSack:Whatever visor highlights living things has a glitch. Oh and tactical red light is a no brainer as it's bright enough and doesn't disturb like the big ass vault boy face. Legs AP regen while moving is the general answer i get. and the show enemies on the compass.Īrms most people tend to take the energy damage or better damage for unarmed attacks though it doesn't really matter Helmets are a wild card but most seem to use the highlight target feature for i guess dark rooms or the VATS % chance inc. Don't really hear people get the jetpack as it's not as useful unless you wanna scale buildings and high platforms / hills. Rarely hear people use the rad scrubbers for the torso most use more strength or refresh action points. Winter color can look good but also helps with protection dpeneding on the enemy.

Still agility hot rods looks good either way. Agility on hot rods may be a wild card depending on the other upgrades and the armor itself. Charisma is a why unless you wanna look different for vanity purposes (same for perception and intelligence boosts but that's a different area). Health for armor isn't as good either if you can kill enemies better or better damage protection. Seems all other uses for it are pretty obselete like explosive protection (most enemies don't use explosives in the commonwealth). Personally i've seen enough discussion and my own 2 cents to say:įor paints military and prism paint shielding for best overall protection or military for strength.
